摘要 1EB病毒概述 EB病毒（Epstein—Barr virus，EBV）是一双链DNA病毒，γ亚科，1964年由Epstein、Barr等首次在非洲儿童的恶性淋巴瘤组织培养中发现。EBV的人群感染率超过90％。EBV是一种重要的肿瘤相关病毒，与鼻咽癌、淋巴瘤、胃癌、移植后淋巴增殖症等多种肿瘤的发生密切相关，研究显示全世界受EBV相关肿瘤影响的人口达到1％。
