摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)血液透析患者的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析2007年4月～2009年10月的63例DN维持性血液透析患者的并发症。结果:透析中发生低血糖12例,低血压24例,高血压16例,不同程度的出血现象9例,穿刺处轻度感染2例,经过积极的对症治疗护理后,患者病情好转。结论:良好的饮食护理、心理护理、皮肤护理、用药护理及病情观察有助于减少DN血液透析患者的并发症发生,延长患者的生命,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To investigate the care measures to reduce complications during diabetic nephropathy （DN） hemodialysis. Methods：To conduct the retrospective analysis on 63 cases of DN patients with hemodialysis complications from April 2007 to October 2009 in our department.Results：12 cases of hypoglycemia occurred in hemodialysis period,24 cases of hypotension,16 cases of hypertension,9 cases of varying degrees of bleeding,2 cases of mild infection of puncture. After a positive symptomatic treatment and care,the patient＇s condition was improved. Conclusion：Suitable diet care,psychological care,skin care,medication nursing and case observations can help to reduce complications in the patients with DN in hemodialysis,extend the lives of patients and improve their quality of life.
