摘要
目的探讨优势内容递增教育法对肾病综合征患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法将60例肾病综合征患者按入院顺序单双号分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组应用优势内容递增教育法实施健康教育,对照组应用常规健康教育方法;采用疾病不确定感量表对两组患者在入院时、出院时进行疾病不确定感调查。结果观察组患者出院时疾病不确定感与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;观察组患者出院时的疾病不确定感与入院时比较,P<0.01。结论应用优势内容递增教育法对肾病综合征患者进行健康教育,能明显降低疾病不确定感,有利于肾病综合征患者的治疗。
Objective To explore the influence of progressive dominant content education method on uncertainty of illness for patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 60 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group (n= 30) and the control group (n= 30). Patients in the observation group received progressive dominant content education method and patients in the control group received routine health education. Investigate the uncertainty of illness by Uncertainty of Illness Scale in admission and discharge respectively. Results There were significant difference in uncertainty of illness between two groups in discharge, P〈0.01. The comparison of uncertainty of illness for the control group in admission and discharge were significant, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion It could significantly decrease the uncertainty of illness for patients with nephrotie syndrome by progressive dominant content education method and improve the treatment effect.
