摘要
目的:探讨血尿酸和纤维蛋白原(Fig)、D-二聚体(D-D)在缺血性脑卒中的相互关系。方法:对两组患者禁食高嘌呤食物3 d后抽取静脉血进行血尿酸、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平的比较,并将观察组患者再分为轻、中、重3型,对患者血清血尿酸(UA)、Fig、D-D水平进行比较,分析缺血性脑卒中患者的病情严重程度及神经功能的缺损与UA、Fig、D-D水平的关系。结果:观察组患者血UA水平明显高于对照组,UA浓度在病情轻、中、重型之间无显著差异,观察组患者血纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组,纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体浓度在病情轻、中、重型之间差异有统计学意义。结论:缺血性脑卒中患者血尿酸和Fig、D-二聚体均较正常人高,且其病情轻重与纤维蛋白原(Fig)、D-二聚体(D-D)有关。
Objective:To investigate the serum uric acid and the Fig,D-dimer in ischemic stroke of mutual relations.Methods: Took away the two groups high-purine foods three days then detected the uric acid,fibrinogen,D-dimer levels,distinguish the observer group into light,medium and heavy,on serum UA,Fig,D-D levels were compared,analysis of patients with ischemic stroke severity and nerve function impairment and UA,Fig,D-D levels.Results: The patients significantly higher serum UA levels,UA concentration in the condition light,medium,heavy-duty no significant difference between the observation group,serum fibrinogen,D-dimer levels were significantly higher than the control group,fibrinogen,D-dimer concentration in the condition of light,medium and heavy between significantly.Conclusion: Ischemic stroke patients with serum uric acid and Fig,D-dimer higher than normal,and their condition worse is related with fibrinogen(Fig),D-dimer(D-D).
