摘要
目的探讨脑再梗死患者与初次脑梗死患者的血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原及血液流变学的改变。方法分别对60例初次脑梗死患者及60例脑再梗死患者的血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原及血液流变学进行测定,并对患者进行临床神经功能缺损评分和进行组间比较。结果再次脑梗死组血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原及血浆粘度值、红细胞聚集指数均高于初次脑梗死组(P<0.05);在再次脑梗死组血浆D-二聚体与患者临床神经功能缺损评分呈显著相关(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原及血液流变学的改变与脑再梗死的发生及预后有一定的关系,是再发脑梗死事件的重要危险因素。
Objective To study the dynamic data of D-dimer and fibrinogen,hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral re-infarction,and explore the clinical signicance and value.Methods To observe the dynamic data of plasma D-Dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(Fg),plasma viscosity,RBC aggregation index of 60 patients with acute cerebral re-infarction and of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction .And observe the nerve function default system grade of these patients.Results Compared with the primary cerebral infarction group,Fg levels and D-dimer levels of cerebral re-infarction group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and plasma viscosity,RBC aggregation index of cerebral re-infarction group were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Plasma D-dimer level of cerebral re-infarction group was consistent with the nerve fuction default system grade of these patients.Conclusion The changes of plasma D-dimer、 fibrinogen and plasma viscosity,RBC aggregation index are associated with the occuring and prognosing of re-cerebral infarction.and those are the risk factors of cerebral re-infarction.
