摘要
目的观察卡培他滨治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法我科于2006年12月至2009年12月,应用卡培他滨治疗35例老年晚期胃癌患者,卡培他滨2500mg/m2,每日2次口服,第1～14天;21d为1周期;连用4个周期后评价疗效。结果 35例患者中CR0例(0%)、PR10例(28.57%)、SD13例(37.14%)、PD12例(34.29%)。26例相关症状改善。主要毒副反应为手足综合征、腹泻、血白细胞减少、恶心、呕吐、口腔粘膜炎,但程度均较轻,主要为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度,经对症处理后很快恢复。结论卡培他滨单药治疗晚期胃癌的效果确切,安全有效,可明显改善患者症状,提高患者的生活质量,毒副反应小,患者可以耐受。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and side-effects of capecitabine in treatment of advanced gastric cancer for aged patients. Methods From December 2006 to December 2009,35 evaluable patients with gastric carcinoma received capecitabine （ 2500 mg/m2 po bid） on days 1 ～ 14,the cycles were repeated every 21 days and toxicity were evaluated after 4 cycles. Results In 35 evaluable patients,no cases had complete response （ 0% ） ,10 cases had partial response （ 28. 57% ） ,13 cases had stable disease （ 37. 14%） ,11 cases with progressive disease（ 34. 29%）. 26 cases had got improved symptoms. The major toxicities were extremity Syndrome,diarrhea,myelosuppression and gastrointestinal response,mainly in I or II degree. Patients were able to recover from these side-effects after the suitable treatments. Conclusion Capecitabine is effective and safe for advanced gastric cancer. It can improve aged patients＇living qualities with better symptoms and tolerable side-effects.
