摘要
目的探讨吉西他滨联合顺铂与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法选取100例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,比较两组治疗2个周期后的有效率及毒副反应发生率,并对两组的生活质量进行评价。结果两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组出现血白细胞减少10例(20.0%)、血小板减少20例(40.0%)、恶心、呕吐9例(18.0%)、贫血11例(22.0%),对照组出血白细胞减少21例(42.0%)、血小板减少32例(64.0%)、恶心呕吐24例(48.0%)、贫血19例(38.0%),两组上述毒副反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量改善率达28.0%、稳定率44.0%、对照组生活质量改善率达22.0%、稳定率46.0%、两组生活质量改善率、稳定率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效相似,均可以显著改善患者的临床症状及生活质量,但吉西他滨联合顺铂方案不良反应少,安全性更好,值得广泛推广和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in treatment of non small cell lung cancer. Methods Selected 100 cases non small cell lung cancer patients as the research object,were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 50 cases,the efficiency and adverse reaction rate and the quality of life were compared between two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in therapeutic effects between two groups（P 0.05）. In the observation group,white blood cell reduction in 10 cases（20.0%）,platelet reduction in 20 cases（40.0%）, nausea and vomiting in 9 cases（18.0%） and anemia in 11 cases（22.0%）. In the control group,white blood cells decreased in 21 cases（42.0%）,platelet reduced in 32 cases（64.0%）,nausea and vomiting in 24 cases（48.0%）,anemia in 19 cases（38.0%）. the difference was statistically significant in toxic and side reaction occurred rate between two groups（P〈0.05）. In the observation group,the quality of life to improve the rate was 28.0%,stable rate was 44.0%,control group＇s the quality of life improvement rate was 22.0%,stable rate was46.0%,the difference was not statistically significant in quality of life improvement rate（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in treatment of non small cell lung cancer compared with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in treatment of non small cell lung cancer have similar therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and quality of life,but with less adverse reaction of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin,security is better,it is worth popularization and application.
