摘要
中国海蜇渔业和食品医药应用具有悠久的历史,笔者对常见海蜇产品的加工技术以及海蜇生物活性成分的开发研究现状进行综述,旨在为海蜇产品的开发利用提供参考。
There is a long time for jellyfish fishery and application as food and Chinese herbal medicine in China.In the recent years,the fishing and culture of jellyfish has developed rapidly.In the present article,the jellyfish cultivation,jellyfish products processing techniques and development of bioactive compounds of jellyfish were reviewed,so as to provide reference for the utilization of jellyfish products.
