摘要
采用先加多糖与细胞作用后再加病毒(研究多糖对病毒的阻断作用)、先病毒吸附细胞后再加多糖(研究多糖对病毒的抑制作用)和病毒与多糖作用之后再加细胞(研究多糖对病毒的直接杀灭作用)3种不同用药方式,用细胞培养和中性红染色法,测定了板蓝根多糖(IRPS)、黄芪多糖(APS)、牛膝多糖(ARPS)和山药多糖(CYPS)抗猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)感染的作用效果。结果表明,4种中药多糖对PRV感染均具有显著的阻断作用,其中APS、IRPS还具有抑制和直接杀灭PRV作用。
Four Chinese herbal polysaccharides of APS(astragalus polysaccharide),IRPS(isatis root polysaccharide),ARPS(achyranthes root polysaccharide) and CYPS(Chinese yam polysaccharide) were added into PK-15 cells before,after and simultaneously with pseudorabies virus(PRV),respectively.The cell lesions were observed and the cells OD values were determined by cell culture and neutral red colorant absorption methods to evaluate the antiviral activities of the four polysaccharides on the virus.The results showed that when the polysaccharides were added before PRV,the four Chinese herbal polysaccharides could decrease CPE(cytopathic effect) lesions and inhibit the cell infection by virus.APS and IRPS could also inhibit PRV replication when they were added after or simultaneously with PRV.
