摘要
本文建立一种测定猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)滴度的新方法-免疫染色法。用免疫染色法测得病毒在Mark-145细胞系上的滴度为105.8TCID50/0.1ml,常规法测得病毒滴度为105.2FCID50/0.1ml,这表明前者敏感性和准确率高于后者。
A new method for titration of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) was developed utilizing immunostaining. The titer of the virus infectivity in Mark - 145 cells was 105.8TCID50/0. 1ml utilizing immunostaining, and 105.2 TCID50/0. 1ml utilizing routine method. Compared to routine method, the new method offers advantages in terms of higher sensitivity and accuracy.
