摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)介入术后患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂水平的影响。方法选择90例ACS介入术后患者随机分成2组,治疗组34例,给予常规治疗及口服通心络,对照组56例,仅给予常规治疗。检测治疗前及治疗后2周、3个月2组患者CRP及血脂(LDL-C、HDL-C)的水平,并比较2组6个月内出现心肌梗死或靶血管重建的比例。结果治疗后2周,2组患者血清CRP、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组.CRP较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,2组HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CRP、LDL-C均较治疗前降低,且治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。2组6个月内出现心肌梗死或靶血管重建的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可明显降低ACS患者介入术后的CRP和LDL-C水平而升高HDL-C水平。
Objective To assess the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the level of C reactive protein（CRP） and blood lipid in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS） post PCI.Methods Totally 90 patients with ACS post PCI were randomly divided into treatment group（n=34,routine treatment added with Tongxinluo capsule） and control group（n=56,routine treatment only）.Before treatment and after 2 weeks＇ and 3 months＇ treatment,the level of serum CRP and blood lipid was detected in both groups.During the period of 6 months＇ treatment,the incidences of MI or TVR in both two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks,the level of CRP and LDL-C in the two groups decreased than pre treatment（P〈0.05）,and the level of CRP decreased more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The level of serum HDL-C was significantly increased in both groups 3 months post treatment（P〈0.05）,and no statistical significance intra-two groups（P〉0.05）.Furthermore, the levels of CRP and LDL-C were decreased in both two groups,and it decreased more obviously in treatment than that in control group（P〈0.05）.There was no difference of incidence of MI or TVR between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion It demonstrated that Tongxinluo capsule could decrease the level of serum CRP and LDL-C, increase the level of HDL-C in patients with ACS post PCI.
