摘要
目的探究加味小陷胸汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2022年2月开封市第二中医院收治的82例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组(阿托伐他汀钙)、观察组(加味小陷胸汤+阿托伐他汀钙),各41例。比较2组患者中医症状评分、临床疗效、治疗前后心功能、不良反应情况。结果观察组患者中医症状总评分、LVEDD、不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率、LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味小陷胸汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛提高疗效显著,可改善心功能,减少不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group(atorvastatin calcium)and observation group(Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium),with 41 patients in each group.The TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,cardiac function before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of TCM symptom,LVEDD and incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and LVEF in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium can improve curative effect significantly,improve cardiac function and reduce adverse reactions.
