摘要
研究了异麦芽低聚糖的酶法制备,以α-葡萄糖苷酶作用于20%麦表芽糖溶液,可生成含25.2%异麦芽糖和24%潘糖的异麦芽低聚糖,其异麦芽精含量等主要指标明显优于国外的同类产品。
The enzymatic preparation of isomaltooligosaccharide is studied,Using maltose as the raw material to produce isomaltooligosaccharide with α-ghucosidase the product contains 25.2% isomaltose and 24.0% panose. Its key targets such as the content of isomaltose are higher than those of the like products of japan.
