摘要
以雌性育成鸡为研究对象,研究重金属镉对雌性育成鸡血清激素水平的影响。将180只50日龄的"海兰白鸡"随机分成3组,每组60只,分别饲喂不添加或添加140、210 mg/kg CdCl2的全价饲料,建立亚慢性镉中毒模型,分别在试验20、40、60 d心脏采血处死,静置取血清,用放射性免疫方法检测血清内孕酮(P4)、雌二醇(E2)含量,称量鸡体重及卵巢重量。结果表明,镉影响鸡的生长性能,抑制卵巢发育,使血清内E2、P4含量降低,且呈明显的时间-剂量效应关系。
Female adult chickens were used to study the effects of cadmium on the serum sex hormone levels. 180 Hy-line white hens in the age of 50 days were divided into 3 groups, 60 in each group. The hens were fed with complete feed administered with 0 mg/kg CdC12, 140 mg/kg CdC12and 210 mg/kg CdC12 respectively to establish cadmium poisoning models. Gathering blood by intracardiac penetration at the 20tu , 40th, and the 60th days, serum were collected for detecting serum progesterone and estradiol. Body weight and ovary weight were measured. The results showed that growth performance, development of ovaries were inhibited by cadmium, serum E2 and P4 decreased after adding cadmium, and there was an obvious time-dose effect relation.
