摘要
一般认为动物的生殖发育和繁殖活动主要受下丘脑促性腺素释放激素(Gonadotrophin releasing hormone,GnRH)通过促进垂体促性腺激素的释放调控,2000年发现的促性腺素抑制激素(Gonadotrophin inhibitory hormone,GnIH)能直接抑制垂体促性腺激素的分泌,对动物繁殖活动发挥着关键抑制作用,这为研究动物繁殖活动调控开辟了新的领域;而在禽类繁殖活动调控中,除了GnIH的抑制作用外,催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)也是关键的抑制因素.文章依据现有的关于GnIH的研究报道,在分别阐明GnIH和PRL的分子结构及其与受体作用方式的基础上,充分论述了GnIH和PRL对禽类繁殖活动的调控作用,并结合南方灰鹅的繁殖特性及其相关繁殖活动调控的研究现状,探讨了GnIH和PRL在南方灰鹅繁殖活动中的可能调控机制及两者间的关系,为后期南方灰鹅的繁殖活动调控研究提供思路.
It was generally believed that gonadotrophin releasing hormone ( GnRH ) in hypothalamus mainly controlled the reproduction activity of animals by promoting the release of pituitary gonadotropin . Gonadotrophin inhibitory hormone ( GnIH) discovered in 2000 could directly inhibit the secretion of pi-tuitary gonadotropin , and played a key inhibitory role on animal reproductive activity .This opened a new field for the study of animal reproduction regulation .Prolaction ( PRL) was a key inhibitory factor of the reproduction activity in poultry besides the inhibition of GnIH .The regulatory effects of GnIH and PRL on poultry reproduction activity were fully discussed from the existing studies about GnIH based on the ex -pounding of molecular structure of GnIH , PRL and the action mode with its receptor in this paper .Com-bined with the reproductive characteristics of southern grey goose and the current relevant research situa -tion in the reproduction activity , the possible regulation mechanism of GnIH and PRL and the relation-ship between the two factor in the reproduction activity of southern grey goose were investigated further to provide ideas for the studies on the reproduction regulation mechanism of southern grey goose .
