摘要
[目的]探讨治疗特发性面神经麻痹的有效途径。[方法]将168例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以激素、神经营养剂、抗炎、抗病毒药物治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服中药辨证施治加理疗及针灸。[结果]治疗组治愈40例,有效40例,无效6例,总有效率为93.02%;对照组治愈30例,有效34例,无效18例,总有效率为78.04%;两组比较有显著性差异。[结论]牵正散结合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹起到标本兼治的效果。
[Objective] To explore the cure effect of integrated TCM and WM on idiopathic facial paralysis. [Method] Randomly divide 168 cases into control group and treatment group, the control one take hormone, nerve nutrients, anti-inflammation and antivirus medicine for treatment; the other group added with TCM treatment based on differentiation of signs and acupuncture. [Resuit] In treatment group, 40 cases were cured, 40 had effect, 6 no effect, total effective rate was 93.02% ; for control one, they were respectively 30,34,18 and 78.04%. There＇s marked difference between both on comparison. [Conclusion] Integration of TCM and WM can address both the symptoms and root cause for idiopathic facial paralysis, making it recover quickly and worthy clinical promotion.
