摘要
目的研究急性期周围性面瘫的治疗方法,分析温针灸对于急性周围性面瘫的治疗效果,为此后的面瘫治疗提供借鉴依据。方法将我院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的57例急性期周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为温针灸、先药物后温针灸以及针药结合组,每组均为19例患者,三组患者分别给予温针灸、先药物后温针灸以及药物与温针灸结合方法进行治疗,4个疗程后统计具体治疗效果,比较患者的面神经水平。结果三种治疗方法均有治疗效果,温针灸组与针药结合组均明显高于先药物后温针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于急性周围性面瘫患者,尽早采用温针灸治疗,可以有效提升治疗痊愈率,促进患者的快速恢复。
Objective To study the treatment of acute peripheral facial palsy,analyze the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture on acute peripheral facial palsy,and provide reference for the treatment of facial palsy.Methods 57 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into warm acupuncture,warm acupuncture and acupuncture,and acupuncture combined with acupuncture.Each group was 19 patients.The three groups of patients were treated with warm acupuncture,first medicine and then warm acupuncture,and drugs combined with warm acupuncture.Once a day,there were 6 courses of treatment.After 4 courses,the specific treatment results were counted and the patients'facial nerves were compared.Results All three treatment methods had therapeutic effect.The acupuncture group and the acupuncture plus medicine group were significantly higher than those of first medicine and then warm acupuncture,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis,warm acupuncture treatment as early as possible can effectively improve the recovery rate and promote the rapid recovery of patients,and it is worth promoting and using in the subsequent clinical treatment,and acupuncture treatment should be implemented as early as possible.
