摘要
研究目的:揭示农户参与农地整理项目后期管护意愿的行为选择机理。研究方法:实地调查法,实证研究法。研究结果:户主文化程度、耕地面积、非农就业比例、项目后期管护认知程度、项目前期参与程度、后期管护资金来源、组织健全程度、监督检查机制、宣传等因素对农户参与农地整理项目后期管护意愿影响显著。研究结论:为充分调动农户参与农地整理项目后期管护的积极性,政府部门在制定政策时应以显著性因素作为重点参考依据。
The purpose of this study is to reveal the behavior decision mechanism of the willingness of farmer households to participate in the final management and maintenance （FMM） in the later stages of land consolidation projects （LCPs） . The empirical analysis of this research uses a Logistic model which is based on the data set collected by field surveys in rural areas. The research finds that the factors such as the education level of householder, the acreage of arable land, the ratio of labors of farmer household employed in nonagricultural sectors, the recognition and knowledge of FMM, the degree of participation in the early stages of the LCPs, the financial source of FMM, the completion degree of the organizations and institutions of FMM, the monitoring mechanism of FMM, and the propaganda of FMM significantly affect the willingness of farmer households to participate in the FMM of LCPs. It is concluded that when the government designs the policy it is necessary to take those significant factors into account, which is an effect way to arouse the Willingness of the farmer households to participate in the FMM of LCPs.
