摘要
为了对农村居民点的城镇化建设水平和程度做出科学、合理且实际的评价,提出了运用农村城镇化绝对水平指数和相对水平指数的概念和方法,能够对农村居民点在某个时点的城镇化建设水平给予准确描述,可以对一定时期和地域内的小城镇建设改造程度进行横向及纵向比较,实现对农村居民点城镇化建设的持续性评价。
To scientifically and practically appraise the rural residential area's urbanizing level, this paper brings forward a new method which not only can precisely appraise the urbanizing degree of rural residential area, but also keep the appraising results sustainable in mutual-comparison with those of other area and with its own former conditions.
