摘要
分别采用纤维素酶和木聚糖酶处理杨木APMP浆,研究两种酶对浆料滤水性能的影响,同时考察其对纸浆强度的影响。研究结果表明,纤维素酶和木聚糖酶均能有效改善杨木APMP浆的滤水性能,同时纸浆的强度性能略有提高,且纤维素酶改善滤水性能效果要优于木聚糖酶。其中,纤维素酶改善杨木APMP浆滤水性能的最佳工艺为酶用量0.3U/g绝干浆、浆浓度1.0%、pH值4.5、温度45℃,时间60min;木聚糖酶改善杨木APMP浆滤水性能的最佳工艺为酶用量1.5U/g绝干浆、浆浓度0.5%、pH值7.0、温度45℃,时间30min。
Cellulase and xylanase were used separately to treat poplar APMP. The effects of those two enzymes on drainage and strength properties of poplar APMP were studied. The results show that both cellulase and xylanase can improve the drainage properties of poplar APMP effectively, and there is a rise in pulp strength properties at the same time. The effect of cellulase in improving the drainage of poplar APMP is better than that of xylanase. The optimum conditions of cellulase in improving drain-age of poplar APMP pulp are as follows: enzyme dosage 0.3U/g BD pulp, consistency 1.0%, pH 4.5, temperature 45℃, time 60min, whereas optimum conditions of xylanase improvement are as follows: enzyme dosage 1.5U/g BD pulp, consistency 0.5%, pH 7.0, temperature 45℃, time 30min.
