摘要
根据梁弯曲理论建立蹬纤维柔软度测量模型研制出了纤维柔软度的测量系统,对实验样本数进行了测量确定,并以此系统对针叶木、阔叶木和竹子等纸浆纤维进行了柔软度测量。结果表明,该系统能够较好地定量测量纤维的柔软度。
A novel measuring system designed for evaluating the flexibility of pulp fibers is presented in this paper. Based on beam-bending theory and digital image processing technique, the flexibility index of pulp fibers which was calcnlated with the unbonded span distance, fiber coarseness and the diameter of the metallic wire was easily obtained with the aid of charge coupled device (CCD) camera, frame grabber, image processing software and computer. Three kinds of fibers including softwood pulp fibers, hardwood pulp tilers and non-wood fibers, were tested with the apparatus. The results showed that the system is suitable for these fibers and could provide an objective and quantitative method for evaluating the flexibility of pulp fibers.
