湿地松KP浆氧和过氧化氢脱木素的研究 被引量:13

摘要 湿地松KP浆(卡伯值28.2,粘度1024ml/g)经氧和过氧化氢脱木素,卡伯值分别降低45%和32.3%。H_2O_2脱木素时通O_2可大幅度提高脱木素作用,但选择性差。经0.8%H_2O_2强化的脱木素纸浆其卡伯值降低51.8%。在酸性介质中,对纸浆进行活化预处理可显著改善其脱木素的选择性,效果以KMnO_4和HNO_3/NaNO_3为佳,可使纸浆卡伯值降至10以下,其粘度高于800ml/g。 The kappa number of slash pine kraft pulp (kappa no. 28. 2, viscosity 1024ml/g)can be decreased by 45. 0% and 32. 3% respectively by oxygen and hydrogen peroxide delignification. Hydrogen peroxide has a remarkable reinforcing effect on oxygen delignification and the reinforced oxygen delignification with a 0. 8% of H2O2 can decrease the kappa number by 51. 8%. Peroxide delignification can be substantially speeded up by oxygen injection, but the delignification selectivity is poor.Activating pretreatment of the pulp in acidic medium notably improves the selectivity of the subsequent delignification. Pre-treatment with KMnO4 and HNOs/NaNO3 is better than that of the others. Reinforced oxygen delignification together with pretreatment can reduce the kappa number to below 10, which means that the degree of delignification is above 65%, while the viscosity is maintained more that 800ml/g.
