摘要
经济全球化和现代科技的迅猛发展带动了产业结构的升级换代,产业结构的升级必然引发职业结构的调整,而新旧职业变化把劳动者推向了市场,使得职业人才在市场间频繁地转换的流动。现代社会对职业人才的标准和要求在日益攀升,职业综合素质已经成为用人单位衡量人才的重要标尺。因此,不断适应职业结构的变化和劳动力流动的需求,促使劳动者具备职业核心能力已成为职业教育解决的首要问题。
Economic globalization and modern technology brings around a fast development of industrial structure to update , which in turn will cause the profession structure to change. The new profession will take place of the old ones, thus the employee will change their positions in the labor market. The modern society has much more requirement to the job hunters , so comprehensive high quality has been a scale for the employers. We should adjust ourselves to the new situation , making our laborers more competitive.
