摘要
天然的抗氧化剂能有效的清除自由基从而保护机体健康,从植物中寻找高效、廉价、低毒的天然抗氧化剂成为目前抗氧化剂发展的一个必然趋势。综述了天然植物提取物的抗氧化活性成分的研究进展,包括多糖类、黄酮类、多酚类、生物碱、皂苷类、维生素及其他类化合物等,分析目前相关研究中存在的问题及其研究前景,以期为天然植物抗氧化活性成分的开发利用提供理论基础。
The natural antioxidant can effectively scavenge free radicals and protect body health. It has become an inevitable trend to find highly-efficient, low-priced and low-toxicitied antioxidant from natural plants. This article summarized research progress of the components which played the antioxidant function coming from nature plants, such as polysaccharides, flavonoids, polyphenols, alkaloids, saikosaponins, vitamin, etc. The problems and prospects on these relative studies about antioxidants were put forward. These studies were served as a base in the exploitation and utilization of the active antioxidant from natural plants.
