摘要
大学生"村官"只有深刻认识自身岗位实践的重要意义,才能以坚定的步伐走上"村官"岗位,开始自己的"村官"之路。大学生"村官"能否尽快站稳脚跟,进而取得工作业绩以赢得村民的肯定,与其在新的环境下能否调动已有的社会资本以及积累起新的社会资本有着重要关系。大学生"村官"要做到岗位成才,必须一方面准确把握自身优势,另一方面要根据自己所在村庄的实际情况找到与自身优势相匹配的具体岗位。大学生"村官"只有闯过在农村扎根这一关,才有可能真正达到岗位成才的目标。
College student ＂village leaders＂ can never stick firmly to their job if they cannot have a deep understanding to the significance of their jobs. Quick settledown and acceptance by the villagers are closely related to their quick adaptation to the new environment, their use of social resources they have already had and their accumulation of new social resources. To succeed at their own working posts, they should know clearly their own advantages and find a proper job in accordance with their advantages and the actual situation of the village they work in. Only after they have settled down in the countryside can they succeed at their own jobs.
