摘要
张子和擅用汗吐下三法,主张"治病当论药攻",反对滥用补药,主张食补。老年人体质多虚,张氏在治疗老年病时寓补于攻,攻补结合,多取良效,这对于现代治疗老年病有指导意义。笔者对张氏攻补结合治疗老年病的学术思想进行阐述。
Zhang Zihe is good at using three method of ＂diaphoresis, emesis and purgative＂ and he advocates using drugs to treat diseases. He againsts the use of tonifying medicines, and advocates dietetic invigoration. The aged are most in delicate health , Zhang Shi used the method of tonification involving purgation, reinforcement and elimination in combinstion to treat senile disease. And it often takes good effect, so it has guiding significance to modern treatment of senile diseases. This article elaborates the academic thought of Zhang Shi used reinforcement and elimination in combinstion to treat senile disease.
