摘要
提出了一个多孔同轴度检测系统,它以无衍射激光束作为检测基准。介绍了检测原理和检测系统特别是检测靶的结构。用640pixel×480pixel的摄像机(光靶分辨率为0.0504mm/pixel),在5、15和24m进行同轴度检测,获得的标准差在x方向上分别为0.0193、0.0262和0.0428mm,在y方向上分别为0.0147、0.0181和0.0250mm。
An inspection system for coaxiality of multiple circles is presented,which uses the non-diffraction laser beam as the inspection reference.The system principle and structure are introduced.A test scheme of coaxiality is carried out with a camera (640 pixel×480 pixel and 0.050 4 mm/pixel as resolution of the target) and at different distances of 5 m,15 m and 24 m.The test results show that the standard deviation for x direction is 0.019 3 mm,0.026 2 mm and 0.042 8 mm respectively,and that for y direction is 0.014 7 mm,0.018 1 mm and 0.025 0 mm respectively.
