摘要
随着人们对食品安全的重视,食品接触材料的安全性也逐步引起人们的关注。近年来由食品包装引起的安全问题日益突出。为深入了解食品接触材料的质量现状,提高大家对食品包装安全性的认识,对市场上的高压锅密封圈和塑料制品等进行了材质和加工助剂的检测,根据检测结果进行了分析,并由此提出了监管建议。
With the improvement of focus on food safety, people pay more attention to safety of food package. The problem of food security caused by food package has increasingly become the focus attention recently. In order to know the current status of food package thoroughly, and to improve people＇s attention on food package＇s safety, we took an examination on food package from market. We analysis the results of examination and put forward some advice on control by government.
