空调常用塑料接触增塑剂性能研究

摘要 选择常用的5种增塑剂,在常态下和应力条件下,对ABS和PS塑料进行了耐化学性以及应力开裂测试研究;结果表明:ABS塑料在常态下,可接触增塑剂乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)、氯化石蜡(CP)、己二酸二异辛酯(DOA)和癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)使用;在应力条件下(1%应变),应避免接触以上5种增塑剂;PS塑料在常态下,可接触增塑剂ATBC、DOTP和CP使用,但受DOA和DOS影响伸长率下降;在应力条件下(1%应变),可接触ATBC和CP使用,避免接触DOTP、DOS和DOA;ABS和PS塑料在家电使用中,在评估与增塑剂的作用时,需要考虑应力影响。应力的存在会导致塑料更加不耐相关增塑剂侵蚀直至塑料断裂。 The chemical resistance and stress cracking of ABS and PS plastics were studied under normal and stress conditions by five general plasticizers selected in this paper.The results show that ABS plastics can be used in contact with plasticizers such as acetyl tributyl citrate(ATBC),dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP),chlorinated paraffin(CP),dioctyl adipate(DOA)and dioctyl Sebacate(DOS)under normal conditions;the above five plasticizers should be avoided to contact under stress conditions(1%strain).PS plastics can be used in contact with plasticizers ATBC,DOTP and CP,but the elongation decreases due to the influence of DOA and DOS under normal conditions;PS can be used in contact with ATBC and CP to avoid contact with DOTP,DOS and DOA under stress conditions(1%strain).When ABS and PS plastics are used in household appliances,the effect of stress should be considered when evaluating the effect with plasticizer.The presence of stress will reduce the plastic resistance to plasticizer until the plastic breaks.
