摘要
对化学物在食品和包装系统中的分配系数进行了研究。应用一种近似方法得到分配系数对化学物迁移过程的影响。以BHT向模拟食品(酒精)的迁移为例,验证了该近似方法的准确性。该方法为分配系数应用于化学物迁移过程提供了简洁有效的途径。
The partition coefficient of chemical substances in food and packaging systems was researched. The influence of partition coefficients on migration of chemical substances was measured using an approximate method. Based on migration of BHT to simulant food, the accuracy of the method was demonstrated successfully. This method had created a brief and effective way to application of partition coefficients to migration of chemical substances.
