摘要
中等职业学校教师素质可以分为知识、能力和人格三个结构并九个维度,以此为基础展开关于某直辖市中等职业学校教师素质状况的调查,发现中等职业学校教师队伍的整体素质处于中等水平;在教师的知识结构中,职业工作知识和教育教学知识相对薄弱;在教师的能力结构中,各项能力发展不平衡;教师的人格结构状况整体良好,但教育情感和教育价值观存在某些不足和偏差;不同特征的教师在知识、能力和人格三个结构上存在差异。突出教师培训内容的针对性和培训规划的多样性,加强对中等职业教育的理论研究和对中等职业学校教师应用性型教育科研能力的培训,以及提高中等职业学校教师的职业成就感和职业认同感等是提高中等职业学校教师素质的重要策略。
The qualities of teachers in secondary vocational school can be divided into three structures of knowledge, ability and personality, and nine dimensions. Based on this division, a survey on the current status quo of the qualities of teachers in secondary vocational schools in a municipality is conducted, the result shows that the general qualities of the teachers in secondary vocational schools are in the medium level. In the knowledge structure of the teachers, the knowledge of vocational work and that of teaching are relatively weak; in the ability structure, the development of each ability is unbalanced; the general situation of teachers" personality structure is good, while there are still some weak points and biases in their educational affection and values. The characteristics of teachers are different in the three structures as knowledge, ability and personality. Giving prominence to the pertinence of teachers" training contents and the diversity of training plans, strengthening theoretical research of vocational education and the training of the ability of application-oriented educational research for the teachers in secondary vocational schools, and promoting the sense of achievement and self-identification of vocation, etc., are the important countermeasures to improve their qualities.
