摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了某自卸车车架、副车架、货厢、举升系统原始结构的应力分析有限元模型,并对其进行了弯曲、扭转、制动、转弯、举升5种工况的强度分析和模态分析,根据分析结果提出了改进设计方案,并对改进设计方案进行了校核,确定了合理的优化设计方案。
The finite element model of the dumping truck is built by the ANSYS software. It includes frame, vice-frame , packing case and the structure of the lifting system. The modal analysis and intensity analysis of packing case, frame, vice-frame and the structure of the lifting system under bending mode, twisting mode, braking mode, making a turn mode and lifting mode are done. Based on the results of analyses, the design proposal of the improving structure is proposed,and to make sure the reliability of the improving structure, and the reasonable optimization design is achieved.
