摘要
建立了某型载货车车架结构的应力分析有限元模型 ,计算了多种工况下车架结构的应力分布并以已有的试验结果进行验证。在此基础上 ,提出该车架结构的轻量化设计方案 ,并进行了改进设计后车架结构的强度分析 。
In this paper,a finite element model for the frame structure of a heavy-duty truck is esablished.The stress distributions of frame structure are calculated in various conditions and the results are verified by the tests.Based on the results of analyses,the lightweight designs of frame structure are presented,the strength of new frame structures are examined and the reasonable lightweight design is achieved.
