摘要
钢板弹簧悬架与货厢对车架的变形和应力分布具有重要的影响。基于耦合和约束方程的方法,系统地建立了钢板弹簧、车架和货厢之间连接的自由度耦合建模技术。自由度耦合技术已经在许多车架有限元分析案例获得了成功的应用。
Leaf Springs and goods carriage play an important role in the deformation and stress of a vehicle frame. Taking advantages of coupling and constrain equation, the DOF (Degrees Of Freedom) coupling techniques are made for joining leaf springs and goods carriage to the vehicle frame. These techniques have succeeded in several finite element analysis projects of vehicle frames.
