摘要
以硝酸铜,生物小分子L-半胱氨酸为原料,在室温下生成前驱体,然后采用单模微波水热法在150℃下反应1 h,制备出纳米硫化铜,考察了硝酸铜与L-半胱氨酸的物质的量比对产物形貌的影响。采用XRD和TEM对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当二者物质的量的比为1∶1时反应得到的纳米晶硫化铜为球形,其粒径均匀。
The CuS nanocrystals of cubic shape were prepared with the precursor at 150 ℃ by using single- mode microwave-hydrothermal method. The reaction precursor was synthesized with copper nitrate and L-Cysteine at room temperature. The influence of molar ratio of copper nitrate to L-Cysteine on morphological features was studied. The structures and morphological features of as-prepared products were characterized by XRD and TEM. The result shows that the well-dispersed, narrow distributed and ball-shaped copper sulfide nanopartieles with average particle size of 44 nm has been prepared when the copper nitrate and L-cystein in the molar ratio of 1: 1.
