中空立方形的纳米硫化铜颗粒的合成及其光催化性能的探究

The synthesis of hollow cube of copper sulfide nanoparticles and its performance of photocatalytic ablities

摘要 首先运用水热法合成氧化亚铜立方形纳米笼状微粒,再添加硫代乙酰胺和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP),对Cu2O进行硫化得到立方体型CuS。该合成方法简单、反应条件温和,是合成纳米材料的一种有效方法。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)考察PVP用量对产物形貌的影响,并初步研究其形成过程。用X射线衍射(XRD)对产物进行表征。最后研究了样品在可见光下对甲基橙的光催化降解性能。 First the method of hydrothermal be used to synthetize cuprous oxide nano particles cage structure. After add thioacetamide and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), CuS gotted in the presence of vulcanization cubic shape of Cu2O. the synthetic method is simple and reaction conditions be mild, which is an effective method for the synthesis of nanomaterials.by scanning electron microscope (SEM),we study the effect of dosage of PVP to the morphology of the product, and do preliminary studies to understand its formation process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was carried out on the product. the last sample was studied in visible light photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.
