摘要
ZnS作为一种性能优良的光学、电学和光电一体化材料,具有极大的应用价值。作者概述了ZnS粉末、块状材料和薄膜等材料的制备方法,阐述并讨论了水热合成法、均匀沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、溅射法等制备方法的特点,并着重论述ZnS粉末和薄膜特别是纳米粉末和纳米晶薄膜的制备技术。
ZnS is a useful photoelectric material. A variety of fabrication methods of ZnS powder, bulk and thin film are reviewed in details, and the features and characteristics of these methods, e. g. hydrothermal synthesis methods homogeneous precipitation, sol-gel, chemical vapor deposition and sputtering method, are described. The syntheses of ZnS powder and thin film, especially nanometer powder and nanocrystal thin film, are emphatically discussed.
