摘要
目的:为适应中成药快速检验的需要,建立橙皮苷、佛手及当归的薄层快速鉴别方法。方法:以芦丁为参比物采用薄层色谱鉴别国公酒中的橙皮苷,并采用一种提取方法分别检出橙皮苷及佛手及当归三种成分。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于辨别,阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法快速简便、重现性好、专属性强。
Objective ： In order to meet the need for the rapid examination of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we establisd TLC rapid identification method of hesperidin, bergamot and angelica. Methods ： Using TLC to distinguish the hesperidin of Guogong Jiu with rutin as reference material, and using a method to test hesperidin, bergamot and angelica. Results： The spots in TLC were clear and easy to be identified, negative control without interference. Conclusion： The method is rapid, simple, reproducible and specific.
