摘要
目的提高压疮管理工作的效率和决策水平,制订个性化压疮管理模式,降低压疮发生率。方法 2008年2月至2009年2月利用信息系统对我院患者压疮实施动态监控。结果住院患者压疮发生率明显降低(P<0.05),护理人员主动预防压疮意识增强,提高了护理工作效率。结论通过信息系统监测能进一步规范压疮管理流程,有效降低住院患者压疮的发生。
Objective To improve the efficiency and decisiou - making level of pressure ulcer management,develop individualized management mode,and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer. Methods The informatiou system was applied to dynamically monitor and prevent pressure ulcer from February 2008 to Februal7 2009. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The initiative prevention awareness and the work efficiency of nurses were improved. Conclusion The information monitoring system can further standardize the management of pressure ulcer and effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer.
