摘要
目的提高对压疮上报的及时性和准确性,为压疮防治与监控管理提供依据。方法利用自动化办公平台研发信息化压疮上报系统,由难免压疮登记表、压疮发生登记表及压疮转归登记表3部分组成。护理部每天通过该系统自动收集数据,并及时把数据传给压疮管理小组,护理部及管理小组对全院压疮发生情况进行动态、实时管理。结果压疮上报与得到压疮管理小组处置时间缩短,压疮上报率提高,压疮发生率降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论压疮上报流程与监管系统的研发与应用是实现压疮防治与监控管理的有效手段。
Objective To improve the ability of timely and correct report pressure ulcer, and provide the basis for pressure ulcer prevention and monitor. Methods The information - based report system for pressure ulcer was developed based on the automatic office fiat,including three parts of hard prevent pres- sure ulcer, pressure ulcer happened and pressure ulcer recovery. Everyday nursing department through this system automatically collected data and timely trans- mitted related data to the pressure ulcer management team, so that hospital - wide pressure ulcer occurrence situation was monitored in a dynamic and real - time way. Results The time of report and disposal of pressure ulcers were shortened, and the report rate of pressure ulcer increased, the incidence of pressure ulcer decreased, the difference was significant statistically （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The information - based report procedure and monitor system for pressure ulcer is an effective measure to implement prevention, monitoring and management of pressure ulcer.
