摘要
目的开发输送调度信息系统,提高医疗输送质量和效率。方法构建含基础数据、任务操作、人员操作及查询报表四大输送模块的输送调度信息系统,对输送人员及输送工作实施相应的信息化管理。结果应用输送调度系统后输送调度效率、输送质量、成本支出以及护士长满意度等方面效果显著。结论输送调度信息系统的开发与应用,可有效提高医疗输送质量和效率。
Objective To create a computer aided dispatch system for improving quality and efficiency of medical transport. Methods A computer aided dispatch system containing four modules as basic data, task operation, personnel operation, and inquiry and statements was developed, and information technology-based management was conducted on transport personnel and tasks. Results The efficiency, quality, and costs of medical transport, as well as head nurses＇ satisfaction, were remarkably improved after imple- mentation of the system. Conclusion Design and application of the computer aided dispatch system, can effectively improve efficiency and quality of medical transport.
