摘要
设计具有真空吸附技术的机械手来搬运板件物料,非常适合用于薄而表面光滑的金属制品以及玻璃、纸张等的抓取,取得了稳定、高效的工作效率,并且介绍了真空吸附回路和真空发生器的工作原理及技术特点,对真空吸附回路的各个部件进行设计计算以及真空发生器的影响时间和最大吸气量的设计计算,以及真空供给阀和破坏阀等主要元器件的选用,机械手控制系统的基本构成。
