摘要
确定了全自动圆压平模切机供料系统的总体方案,论述了供料系统的整个工作过程及特点。根据其工作原理,分析底层纸板的受力情况确定送料真空吸盘的各参数及规格,提出在选择吸盘参数时应注意的问题。
The whole project of the cardboard feeding system for the fully automatic flat-bed cylinder die-cutting machine was designed. The system＇s working process and characteristic was introduced. According to its principle of operation and the bottom cardboard＇s mechanic circumstance, the suction pads＇ specification was confirmed. It was put forward that some problems should be paid attention to in the choosing of the suction pads＇parameter.
