摘要
阐述光电检测的基本工作原理,分析光电检测装置应用中的问题,论述提高光电检测装置可靠性的具体措施。
The basic operating principle of photoelectric detecting apparatus is described. The problems in its application are analyzed, as well the practical measures in increasing reliability of pholoelectric delecting apparatus are discussed.
