摘要
利用自行研制的多功能微磨损试验机,研究了软材料的微磨损问题,如Cu、Al、镁合金、45钢等,并与硬度相对较高的Ni60B涂层和TiN涂层进行对比,描述了软材料磨痕形貌中隆脊的发生及发展过程,讨论了隆脊的形成机理,分析了隆脊形成的影响因素,并提出了软材料微磨损试验的优化试验条件。研究结果将对软材料微磨损特性的系统研究以及在磨损工况下的选择和合理应用起到指导作用。
Some micro-wear problems about soft materials,such as copper, aluminum, magnesium alloy,45 steel and so on,were investigated with self-development muhifunctional micro-wear tester. And it was compared with Ni60B coating and TiN coating with higher hardness. The formation and evolution of ridges of the wear scar in soft materials have been studied. The formation mechanism of ridges was discussed and the influencing factors on the ridge formation were analyzed. Recommendations were made for the optimum test conditions for micro-wear testing of soft materials. The results will direct the system analysis of micro-wear characteristics and the proper selection and application of soft materials in wear conditions.
