摘要
针对不锈钢齿爪粉碎机的齿爪磨损过快、影响设备使用寿命和物料粉碎效果的问题,研究了齿爪磨损机理;并基于ANSYS Workbench仿真分析了齿爪的应力-应变及疲劳寿命。分析结果表明,齿爪失效的主要原因是周期性载荷作用导致的塑性变形和疲劳剥落。
The present study probed into existing problems of the stainless steel claw crusher, including equipment service life and material crushing efficiency influenced by too fast claw abrasion, investigated the mechanism of claw abrasion, and analyzed the stress-strain behavior and fatigue life of claw. The analysis results demonstrated that the main reasons for claw losing efficacy were periodic loading-induced plastic deformation and fatigue spalling.
