超声作用下摩擦频率及载荷对GCr15/45钢摩擦副摩擦学性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Friction Frequency and Load on Tribological Performance of GCr15/45 Steel under Ultrasonic Vibration

摘要 在有和无超声振动条件下,分别考察了不同摩擦频率、摩擦载荷对GCr15/45钢摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能影响,初步探讨了油润滑条件下的超声润滑机理。结果表明:超声振动可以改善GCr15/45钢摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能,并使45钢表面磨痕变窄、磨痕深度降低、表面犁沟数量减少、磨粒磨损程度减轻。超声振动没有改变摩擦副间的磨损机理,但通过减少45钢表面所承受的正压力和有效阻止磨屑的二次磨粒磨损,改善了摩擦副间的摩擦磨损。 The antifriction and wear resistance behavior of GCr15/45 steel frictional pairs are studied under different friction frequencies and loads with or without ultrasonic vibration.The ultrasonic lubrication mechanism under the condition of lubrication is also discussed.The results show that,ultrasonic vibration can improve the antifriction and wear resistance properties of GCr15/45,and on the 45 steel surface,it makes the wear scar narrow,the wear scar depth decrease,the quantity of grooves in the surface reduce,and the degree of abrasive wearing abate.Though the ultrasonic vibration does not change friction and wear mechanism,it can reduce the normal press on 45 steel surface and avoid second abrasive wearing between the wear debris,which can improve the tribological performance between the friction pairs.
