摘要
采用正交试验设计法,对改性淀粉与改性戊二醛配伍复鞣蓝湿革工艺进行了优化,并对复鞣后坯革的耐湿热稳定性、增厚率及其物理机械性能进行了检测。研究结果表明最优工艺为:EST改性淀粉用量为2.0%,改性戊二醛鞣制起始pH值为4.0,改性戊二醛鞣制结束pH值为5.0,改性戊二醛用量为3.5%,鞣制时间为2h。复鞣后坯革的检测结果表明:采用EST改性淀粉与改性戊二醛配伍复鞣后,坯革的强度、韧性和柔软性等综合性能,优于铬复鞣、改性戊二醛复鞣及EST改性淀粉复鞣后的坯革。
The retannage application process of modified starch associated with modified glutaraldehyde was optimized by orthogonal design method. The hydrothermal stability, increasation and physical mechanism capability of leather was measured. The optimized retannage application process is that the dosage of modified starch is 2.0%, the original pH of modified glutaraldehyde retannage is 4.0, the final pH of glutaraldehyde retannage is 5.0, the dosage of modified glutaraldehyde is 3.5%, retanage time is 2hrs. The softness, intensity and toughness of leather retanned by modified starch associated with modified glutaraldehyde is better than that of chrome retanned or modified glutaraldehyde retanned leather.
