淀粉接枝聚丙烯酰胺的结构研究 被引量:14

摘要 以Span-60为乳化剂,通过乳液聚合法制备了粉状、特性黏数为3.29 mPa.s的速溶淀粉接枝聚丙烯酰胺,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、差热分析仪及X-射线衍射仪研究了接枝聚合物、可溶性淀粉及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的结构。结果表明,淀粉接枝聚合物具有网状多孔及部分线型结构,可溶性淀粉具有椭球形结构,PAM具有线型结构;接枝聚合物的结晶度提高,高于PAM的结晶度,且其热稳定性也高于PAM,这种结构是接枝聚合物良好絮凝性能的重要原因。接枝聚合物的溶解时间6.0 m in,与线型PAM的溶解时间5.5 m in接近。 The fast-solving and powder starch graft polyacrylamide (St-g-PAM) with special viscosity 3.29 mPa. s was prepared by emulsion polymerization, using span-60 as emulsifier, and the structures of St-g-PAM, soluble starch and polyacrylamide (PAM) were analysed through IR, SEM, DTA, XRD. The resuits showed that the structure of St-g-PAM was meshy, and porous, and integrant linetype, the soluble starch had elliptic form, and PAM was linear color; the crystallinity of St-g-Pare had been improved, and was better than PAM ;the thermal stability of St-g-PAM was also better than PAM ,which was the significant reason that the graft polymer had the ability of excellent flocculation. The dissolution time of the graft polymer was 6.0 min, that was close to the PAM's (dissolution time was 5.5 min).
