摘要
研究了 7种不同类型复鞣剂对猪蓝湿革燃烧性能的影响。革的燃烧性能用垂直燃烧试验和氧指数进行表征。结果表明 :铬复鞣对蓝革燃烧性能的影响不明显 ,而试验所选的其它 6种复鞣剂复鞣后 ,革的抗燃性能较铬复鞣革有所下降 ,革氧指数下降 ,无焰燃烧时间大大延长 ,甚至不能自熄。但对用不同复鞣剂复鞣的革来说 ,其抗燃烧性能下降的程度 ,随着用量的增加有不同的变化趋势。
The influences of seven types of retanning agents on the flammability of pig wet blue were studied. The flammability of leather was evaluated by the vertical flame test and Oxygen Index Test. The results show that chrome retanning agent has small influence on the fire resistance of wet blue, but the other retanning agents decreased fire resistance of leather. With the climbed rapidly afterglow time, the leathers retanned by these agents burn out in vertical flam testand their oxygen index decreased. The fire resistance of leather also changed with the variance of retanning agents' dosage.
